Team Adventures — Explore, Discover, Grow Together

Guided, story-driven team experiences inspired by Dungeons & Dragons, designed for real-world teams.

Our adventure experiences are created specifically for business teams. Instead of competing with one another, participants discover that challenges can only be overcome through teamwork, communication, and shared decision-making.

 

Together, the team explores an unfamiliar world, faces obstacles (and occasionally fails in interesting ways), and makes choices that shape the unfolding story.

Why it works

We learn best about collaboration not by talking about it, but by experiencing it.

 

Through story, play, and shared challenges, our natural patterns of listening, deciding, leading, and following emerge effortlessly.

The adventure becomes a mirror—and reflection becomes the engine of growth.

How does it work

Duration: 4+ hours

Team size: 4–8 participants

Location: on-site or online

Format:

  1. Introduction - getting comfortable, learning the basics, character selection

  2. ~3.5 hours of adventure guided by the Storyteller and the Oracle

  3. Celebration & Reflection - a short retrospective after completing the quest

  4. Relaxed conversation & optional dinner

The Adventurers (Team)

 

Participants step into the shoes of adventurers. Each with unique abilities, backstories, and personal motivations. The story progresses through dialogue, negotiation, declared actions, and dice rolls that determine success or failure in pivotal moments.

All materials needed for the adventure are provided during (or before) the event.

The atmosphere is safe, relaxed, and playful. There are no wrong answers, only countless opportunities to practice teamwork, communication, alignment, and awareness of team dynamics.

In the adventure, two guides accompany the group:

The Storyteller (Game Master from OrgReboot)

Your narrator and world-builder. They describe environments, portray characters and situations, and weave the evolving narrative that create opportunities for the team to explore their dynamics.

The Oracle (Team Coach from OrgReboot)

A benevolent, enigmatic guide who observes the team. Through questions, reflections, and subtle hints, the Oracle encourages awareness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
