Leadership Mentoring — Learn, and Practice Skills and Presence

A growing org needs to grow the people who hold it together.
You've been witnessing the company growing around you, you've seen business develop, new customers acquired, more people hired. Your contributions are recognised and you've also been promoted to a position where you are expected to lead others. Life is great. You are noticing though that:
• You’re running between strategy meetings and putting out fires.
• You’re expected to coordinate and manage and coach and deliver.
• You’re juggling meetings, Jira boards, and unclear expectations.
And somehow still feel like you’re underperforming.
This program is designed to help you find your footing again by evolving how you lead, plan, and enable value flow across your domain.

Why does it work
Because leadership isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about making better decisions with incomplete information and helping other make better decisions, being confident and humble in leading at the same time, managing conflicting agendas while managing your own needs, influencing, giving feedback, resolving conflicts, removing waste and impediments, enabling collaboration, and so much more.
